Sharpe Strategy is a strategic advisory practice, not a full-service delivery firm. We work at the early and critical stages — due diligence, feasibility, briefing, and design strategy — where the right thinking has the most leverage. After that, we help you assemble and brief the right team to take it forward.

  • Ensure your project’s outcomes are aligned with the vision. Understand and built clarity for your development journey.

  • Options for development taking advantage of opportunities and acknowledge key constraints. Delivering you data insights and 3D modelling to illustrate potential. Sun hours, shadow studies and other environmental analysis that typically doesn't arrive until much later (and much greater cost) in the design process.

  • If the end users of your development project are a broader group, we can help to facilitate and run workshops and processes that uncover and distil needs of the group. When your end users are a broader community or whānau group, we bring specialist experience in facilitation including extensive work with iwi and hapū where collective understanding at design inception was central to project success.
